Ron's grandmother's family - I thought they were in Canada well before Nan was born there but have now found them in Wales and also some new children born in UK so I can order a birth certificate and find out the maiden of Nan's mother who was also an Elizabeth Sarah.

1841 Thomas Lankshear census with Jane and Frances
I am now thinking that Frances was shown incorrectly with Lankshear surname by enumerator and she was most likely a servant of another name
whereas his wife
1871 census Jane LANKSHEAR (nee Barrow) wife of Thomas visiting her brother in law

Some what of a mystery - there are two possible Joseph
But why is Hannah not with Joseph in 1841 census and what happens to her
I know John Lankshear married Margaret Pearson in 1808 and I have not found a death for her - difficult in London prior 1837.
So it is vague to know if 1830 Margaret Smith is marrying that John or someone else. Later census have John and Margaret but which Margaret.
The census one is from Scotland. Any ideas?

Martin IVENS marriage to Elizabeth LANKSHEAR or STALEY 1777 to 1798 - Ivens - Family History & Genealogy Message Board - Ancestry.com
Hopefully Eydon FHS will have some data on
178x Elizabeth LANKSHEAR married Martin Ivens of Northampton
February 2008 I used SSI includes and CSS style sheets for a complete makeover of the family site. I hope the naviagtion etc is clear. For example at moment I have chosen Links words to be GREEN and once you visit to be a sort of Blue
Well I just found this marriage and am not sure who they are
Jessie was brought up her Aunt Jane and I think she marries Robert and he dies shortly later.
I think I have her as Jessie Mortimer in 1891 but cannot find in 1881
Several people have researched the family history of the Lankshear surname over the years.
